Why our prices are lower
A traditional retail diamond passes through several layers before it reaches the buyer — distributors, regional reps, the downtown showroom, the salaried floor team, the holding inventory. Each layer adds margin and overhead, and all of it ends up baked into the sticker price on the case.
We sell loose, certified stones direct — online only. No showroom, no sales floor, no rotating display inventory. Same lab reports, same shape and clarity grades, far less between you and the diamond.
The Deal of the Moment goes a step further: one stone, picked at random from the catalog, listed with an even deeper discount. When it's gone, the next one takes its place.
Shipping and returns
- Insured for full value — every parcel is signature-required and fully insured to your door.
- Discreet packaging — no jeweller branding on the outside of the box.
- 7-day returns — inspect the stone with a local jeweller, with your partner, with a loupe. If it's not right, send it back insured (we provide the label) for a full refund.
- Free re-grading — if you want a second opinion from a different lab, we'll cover the resubmission cost once.
What we won't do
We don't run "today only" countdowns on stones that never sell. We don't quote a "MSRP" we made up. We don't sell anything below VS1 clarity or Excellent cut. And if a stone's lab report doesn't match the laser inscription, you get a refund and the stone goes back to our supplier — full stop.
